I applied for a Chevron Visa or year ago and was denied but given just the regular Chevron card I've used it I've done great with it. So I try to apply for the visa again and was denied. I called in and spoke to underwriting and asked if I could be reconsidered for the visa the gentleman went through the whole process and said congratulations you've been approved for a $500 credit line. I asked them how can I be only a $500 credit line when my other card is $2000. They went in and ended up dumping the new card to a $2000 credit limit. Super excited I finally got the visa that I wanted right, no I ended up calling back in finding out that they gave me another Chevron card and not a visa after the guy told me I was approved for the visa! Not very happy with them!
