So here’s my story. Today I went on my Citi mobile app and clicked my Simplicity account. Just an fyi I just opened the account last month had my first statement hit but, I haven’t used it yet so I have a 0 balance. I hit the love button several times but, never fully pulling it for approval due to the type of language it was saying. The language prior to today was it would be a HP for a CLI. But today it said the SP language so I went for it and pulled the trigger and boom we’re sorry there’s been a technical issue please try again later. So I do so and the SP language was gone.
Then I went on to my Citi DC account and would you know the SP language was on there too so again did the above action again and same results technical issues try again later routine. Same effect now the language has changed to HP language.
Has anyone ever experienced this type of issue with Citi? I’m really not in any need to do a CLI but, like everyone on here we all want those prizes when offered.
So I’m hoping for a little insight on this issue. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
