So i went ahead and app for Citi Prestige yesterday in branch, and the app still hasnt showed up on the system . Have anyone experienced this?Is it normal,should i app for it again?The branch is really far and i dont want to go there again,but the offer in branch is double online offer.

I agree with the other poster. Call the branch and see if they can locate it. Keep us posted.
Im going to the branch today if the app still not show up in the morning, cause my bad i did not catch the name of the banker so no idea who i need to talk to. They are in the process to convert to BB&t so something must get misplaced.
I went into the branch, the banker told me he received email said the application has been sent successfully. Yet, nothing appear on citi system. And bc the prestige can only be submitted online or via paper, now i have to wait 7 to 10 days. Citi, again, i hope it will not take a month to process like my DP

It'll all be okay. They said the app was sent succesfuly.

Thats a bit ridiculous that the banker who is going to get credit for the application does not know what is going on. I suggest you blow up his/her phone for update
Not that i cant wait, but i need them to pull my credit report b4 my amex delta appear, it closed on feb 24 and will appear soon. I know my chances will be reduced if the amex appear. Btw i get my uti down to 15%, please citi pulls my report lol.
