Seems pretty solid to me. Citi doesn't have a pre qualify option anymore on the website to check, but with a solid APR it looks good. Nothing guaranteed but you probably have a good shot if nothing has changed on your reports since they SP you. Good luck!
Decent shot yes, but Citi is a fairly conservative lender overall with their core cards so don't expect a record-breaking starting limit if approved.

Nothing really changed at all, my "card scores" have improved a bit. Either right at, slightly below or slightly above 700 across the board with exfico9 showing as high as like 730. I have a few baddies scheduled to fall off my report hopefully next month. I'll probably wait til they are gone before I go for it. Thanks!
If your profile can support the application and if this card is a good fit for your overall use, you can give it a whirl and see. Just keep in mind, regardless of countless solicitations and APR fluctuations from prior pre-selected offers, it doesn't necessarily translate into a 100% guarantee. This is just how targeted marketing works.
How many new accounts and/or inquiries in the past 6-12 months? How's your overall utilization and current FICO scores?

1 new account and 1 inquiry in the last 12 months. Overall utilization is 9-10% I have 1 card that is sitting at about 40% or a little less. Fico Scores in my siggy are current. If they use the bank card scores, those are all slightly higher.
Ok, I would definitely try to get that utilization down a bit for optimal results. And, as you mentioned upthread, if you want the best opportunity for a good SL, wait until the derogs are completely off all your CRs.
Citi has a very generous offer for new applicants. A $250 bonus if you spend $1500 within 3 months.
I would jump on that offer if you can meet that purchase level. They have another offer as well, a $150 bonus for $1000 in purchases.

I think it's a solid offer. I only have a single Citi card, (DC), which I got from a mailer just like you. They gave me the highest SL I've seen and up until I got a second Disco card last year, have consistently been my highest card limit.
