Thanks for the replies everyone.. I think I will not bother trying to get anymore increases from the cards opened this year until they age to 6+ months.. it just ends up being disappointing and cluttering my mailbox with denial letters since they insist on mailing a paper rejection lol.
I’ve noticed 3 months if new card. After that you can hit the credit increase button once a month. I have several comenity cards and hit the increase button for all of them within the same day on a monthly basis. Sometimes, as soon as you get the new card and enroll on the respective manage card website, you can sometimes hit the increase button and get an immediate increase with a soft pull before using the card. Again, you may have to wait 3 months with the new card to get an increase, but after that you can do once a month all with a soft pull. I’ve done this many times and get anywhere from $250-$550 increase. Oddly, they have a thing with x10 or x50 in the amounts.
PS don’t check the box allowing them to check your credit report when requesting an increase. It’s not mandatory in order to submit your request.

Wonderful information; out of curiosity do your Comenity cards ask for Monthly income or yearly? My Goody's card asks for monthly; whereas, HSN askes for yearly. I wonder if that is making the difference when it comes to my Goody's card

I wonder why they want monthly from me. That may be why mine is not budging because my limit is a little under half of my monthly income.
My VS card is from June 2017. I asked for my first CLI last week and got a 7-10 message but not the denial one; a verification message to wait for a mailed letter. The next day they sent me an email that the CLI was denied because they couldn’t reach me, but I had no missed calls. Then, I noticed that same day they tried to pull my Experian credit report even though I didn’t check the checkbox authorizing a pull when I asked for CLI. Luckily, all my credit is frozen so the HP was blocked. I haven’t gotten the verification letter.
Are the logins d.comenity or c.comenity?
My Williams Sonoma (d.comenity) was a $400 toy limit -- asked for a CLI and they HP'd me and denied me. Was going to close it after 8th statement December 16th but I decided to try the new luv button with the checkbox (3 previous months denial) but they did in fact approve me $400->$2400. Haven't used the card since May, will see if it reports with no usage tomorrow or so (3B coming in a few days, too).
So that's > 7 statements, < 8 statements, although after the 6th statement I was denied a SP request. So you may be on to something, at least with toy limit cards.
I actually do want to buy something from WS in the $3000 range (it's about 15% cheaper than anyone else online or local) but waiting for another F&F sale to see if I came combo a better price of course. So if I can do a 20%/30% F&F, the price would be RIGHT AT my current CL or possibly lower. I'll try another SP CLI request in January.
