Sportsman's Guide just gave me a bump when I hit the CLI button. That was about 5 months after they gave me an auto CLI.
I haven't tried HSN, Fashion Bug or Express for several months... they are on my scrap list as soon as I get around to calling in and closing, so I don't want to get used to having the extra padding for util.
Bingo!
I think Dalmus that you might just have hit on something from that.
I am at 4+ months and Comenity sometimes is known to wait longer and it might be 5 months after all on these of my Visa cards with them this time.
I've tried PacSun and Overstock multiple times, created two different accounts, and not once did I get the popup?? If it matters, I've been using Chrom incognito mode. Anybody had different luck?
CM7, here is a link to a thread where someone was able to get a CLI with Virgin America Visa recently. I thought it might be a relevant data point. I'll report back when I try for my CLI on Total Rewards Visa on November 24.

Reporting back in to share information that I hope will be helpful, CM7.
Today was 4 months + 4 days on my Total Rewards Visa. When I click the CLI button online, I'm getting the message that I am not eligible at this time. Card is used every month for a small charge and PIF each month.
Calling in for CLI does not work because it transfers me to a person. I believe it always does that with the Visas and Mastercards, and it's been that way for some time now. It's a little different from Barneys as with Barneys you can call and chat with robolady.
My current credit limit is $19,200 on Total Rewards Visa, and I've had the card since July 2015.
I'll be out of town for two weeks, but will try again when I return and report back on the results. My statement is due to cut tomorrow so possibly that may have some impact.

Interesting. Thanks humuhumunukunukuapuaa for chiming on this again.
Out of curiosity another try yesterday still yielded the same screen. What's odd is that a few days ago I did get a letter from them stating the reason was because the limit was just increased.
So even attempting and being showed that red ineligible banner still produces a letter from them.
December statement cut on both cards will better indicate just where it stands with these (2) visas.
Thanks again and enjoy your voyage with much happiness.
Just went from 12K to 14K at 4m+4d on TR. I was sure they used to jump in 3K increments once beyond 10K
but I guess that's changed... at this rate it's gonna take another year to get to the 20K limit I'd like to see on TR.
I've tried on my Lane Bryant card for months and I get the red message like in the first post. I sent a secure message and they said to try to request a CLI online. They didn't even read my message lol. I tried adding a screenshot to the message, but it wouldn't go through...too big. I didn't feel like dealing with it. Robo lady doesnt work either. Tries to send me to a CSR. I'll just leave as is. I don't really use the card anymore. I only keep it because it is my oldest line of credit.
I haven't had an increase in months. I haven't really charged them up too high(a few hundred here and there and PIF). I did the chat today, and they turned me over to the credit solutions department.
Has anyone had any luck going this way?

So I've been receiving the message on my NY&CO card. Today hit 60 days from my last increase. I got the option to increase my card this time instead of the message. Well I entered my information and denied. I'll try again tomorrow just to see if I hit the button to early. If not, I'll wait to see what my letter says.

Thanks for sharing that experience and I hope it's just a too soon thing for you.
IIRC it's been shared before that with Comenity store cards, especially, sometimes you go through a lull of no SP CLI's at all for a few months and then they start up again for you.
I know my JCrew Card was exactly like that.
After some months of just normal usage and the PIF routine they started back up again.
