They are not as "modern" as far as website and online access as say DCU or PFCU or Navy FCU, and they tend to put silly holds on paper check deposits, but I generally have no issues with CFCU, especially since they have offices all over Capitol Hilll and ATM's in every 7-11.
Note I am a member with Checking/savings and Signature Visa, but I'm also a member of DCU I tend to favor with the same Checking/Savings/Visa accounts and a car loan at 1.49% for 60 months - CFCU gives it's best rates on car loans to 36 months or less.
