I would advise to upload the stipulations and wait for the APPROVED FUNDED with DocuSign email. Once you get that you are set in stone for the limit that is approved. If they adjust after you upload the stips then you can just cancel your app.
I've seen some folks go from APPROVED FUNDED back to Pending and then Declined.
Nothing is "set in stone" with NASA.
The people reporting APPROVED FUNDED going back to pending are probably mixed up.
Approved / Funded is the final step.
It's very unlikely anyone seeing Approved / Funded will be declined.
I did not receive any requst for stipulations - is this normal, or does it come somehwere after the APPROVED state? To repeat, mine just went to approved about 2 hours ago and the email just said congrats, no request for additional information.
They did not require me to submit any documents. Some people are not asked to submit documents and some are.
The sequence of approval generally goes from APPROVED / READY FOR FUNDING to APPROVED / FUNDED.
Until your application says FUNDED, it is not final. They could still request documents.
Your scores do support that limit then, congrats to you! Hopefully it does go through and they don't yank it, but congrats! Alot of credit in a short amount of time for sure lol!

Understood. I will keep an eye open for emails requesting documentation and I will keep stalking their page until it says FUNDED!
To everyone denied, don't give up if you think you should have been approved, call and speak to a CSR. I joined, immediately apped and was denied on 9/24 due to "excessive obligations". Which really isn't correct. I called this morning and asked for recon, she said it was a committee and would take a while to recon, put me on hold a few minutes, and told me the lending manager said to put another app in and she would review. I went for it, just got email approval and docs to sign, 30K at 9.9%. Logged in to check status and no new app was filed, they just approved the original app from 9/24. Status says "funded". Checked EX backdoor, shows 4 SP, nothing since 9/24 though, so they even used the original pull.
I told them my "excessive obligations" probably came from my amex charge which is PIF every month, she said yes it was probably why and they would manually adjust it to calculate as a 2% monthly min.
The CSR laughed when she gave me the application # and said they had been really busy with apps this week!
Thanks everyone, can't wait for my galaxy card!

Wow that's great, congrats! Your persistence paid off big time.
After I was instant approved for membership and $20k card, I applied for PLOC on 9/23 which went to pending. Today it was denied, I'm guessing for sufficient available credit. But I still managed to get the card funded (and reporting) all with soft pulls.
ETA: Offical reason for PLOC decline is "excessive available credit, unacceptable references."

It would say it where mine says it here:
My email didn't say anything like that.
When I logged in, there was a message waiting for me asking for info.
My status for the Cash Rewards was pending for about 28 hours, then went to approved for $10k at 16.99% on Wednesday and they wanted a copy of my SS card. I submitted yesterday, but it still hasn't been reviewed. They must be really backed up.

Nice. Wow, the 9.9% was that the rewards card? My APR is 13.9 for 30k Visa Platinum Cash Rewards. Now maybe I am wishing I would have app'd for the Rewards card - Think I should request a product change?! Ha, I think I will keep it as is - don't want to go from APPROVED to DENIED.
Yes the advantage rewards. It is my highest CL (amex at 25 and nfcu at 22) and lowest apr (nfcu is 12.9)
I am so stoked, and to think I was so bummed just 24 hours ago !
