I got the NASA VISA CC today. Mine was approved on 9/20, and funded on 9/22.

Ok I was just instant approved for membership and app'd for CC- got the 2-3 day message - my income is between $100-150k and have a Ch7 BK DC Jan 2010 with an EX FICO of 673 - thoughts on getting approved? Thanks,

No method to determine this. Only NASA FCU can make that decision since most results regarding approvals (or denials) are all over the map. You'll just need to let the review process of your application take its course until a final decision is made. If it takes several days and you've not heard anything, contact them.
