EX almost exclusively. Might be hard, might be soft.

NASA FCU will do two soft pulls, one for the membership and one for the CC. Some people have gotten a HP if they applied for the CC BEFORE becoming a member or if they were already a member and applied for the CC. The majoirty of us who applied for membership and the CC as I said, only received two SPs on EX. I'd read through the earlier pages in this thread if I were you to get a better idea.
I sent an email and SM a coupe days ago requesting NASA to reconsider staring my case - credit has been stellar since Ch 7 BK was DC - attached two most recent pay stubs to show my income could handle the additional CL - they responded back saying it would be reviewed by their committee and I would hear back. Keeping fingers crossed but know they are tough with recons
Do you guys think it would be a good idea to app with them and try my hand at a nice credit line with my given scores in my sig or wait it out a little longer?

Scores are a little low. Would need more CR info. Baddies, AAOA, Current UTL, Income?

My util is high at last reporting $2500 on Cap1 $3k MC, but its currently at $2200. few late payments on my Nelnet and Cap One have a recently updated to PIF CO from BoA that was sent to PRA. I just got approved for a $500 navy cash rewards and $3500 NavChek. My oldest card is the Cap1 opened in 2007 and my nelnet loans are from 01-02. Also had a fraudulent tax lien removed from EQ and EX, and Im waiting for TU to delete. I just got declined for the navy flagship, I think Im going to ask for recon as they did a SP; either that or app again once I pay down the Cap1 some more before Nov 10th

Depending on what "just got approved" means, your UTL is pretty high. If those other cards aren't reporting yet then you're at 83% UTL. If they do report and you're still at 2200 on your CapitalOne you're at about 28%. High UTL plus your baddies may not give you the best shot. For best chances at approval or even a good CL I'd suggest getting your UTL as low as possible.

yep, theyre not reporting yet. So, right now Im just sitting at a total of $3800 in credit with $2500 in use until the new TL become active
Just want to put it out there as someone who was successful in their recon, the only way you can recon with them is if their computer was in error in your denial!
example: cpu auto denied me due to no not having24 months of clean credit out of chapter 7, the reality was that i had 33 months thus my recon attempt was successful!
