Consider NASA...questions

My app now shows approved and funded. When I login into my account, I don't see the card showing yet. Does it take a few days to show up? Or will I have to wait until the card arrives and is activated?

It takes a 24-48 hours once it is funded.

Sure, you're welcome.  Eventually, it will display on the online portal below your Share Savings account.  Mine was funded on 10/2 and on 10/3 it displayed as follows:

I appied without opening a savings and was declined.   Should I open a savings account and have a better chance of getting approved? My fico is 650.

It's been 3 days still pending after being approved for membership. Yesterday I went ahead and uploaded all my documents. Going 4 days now pending credit card.

I heard new accounts were running 2 to 3 weeks. Don't know if you can speed it up.

@outdoorstech, I wouldn't. The floodgates have closed. Look more to rebuilding, I'm in the process myself, which is why ex and tu are either close to 700 or over. Eq has yet to catch up, which is why it still reports under 600 (look at the score pop a clean up can do).

Should I worry them hitting me hard pull or cancel now? They soft pull but if it's taking 2-3 weeks I hope they use the same pull. I canceled my refinance loan already but kept the credit card and btw I have a hard inquiry yesterday from FNBO for a credit card I applied so if they do hard pull that will not be a good idea.

My app took quite a while but they used the same soft pull from the day I applied... I'd keep it open to see what happens!

If you've gotten this far than what's the rush?  Just let the process take its course.  You can also contact them to check on the status since they're still kinda backed up.  My CC application took a couple weeks to process but I was aware of the delayed timeframe given how flooded they were with everything else going on at that point.
