Credit Unions and Cards that use FICO 10?

Wanted to see if anyone is aware of any credit unions or credit cards that use the new FICO 10 scoring model for application approval?

I know Fannie and Freddie are now approved for FICO 10T and Vantage 4 for Mortgages but that's all I have been able to locate on this new model.

If we can share any applications that used FICO 10 (and from which bureau), that would be fantastic.

Service CU uses FICO 10 for approvals.

"The FICO® Score pulled on 06/03/23 is the FICO® Score 10 based on EXPERIAN data, your score will be updated quarterly and is the same score that Service Credit Union uses, along with other information, to manage your account."

This is what I found too.   FICO 10 was much harder on my BK than FICO 9.  It seems the hardest was 5/4/2, then FICO 10, then FICO 8 and FICO 9 was by far kinder to the BK.

Re: Credit Unions and Cards that use FICO 10?

FICO 10T would be much worse for me as a borrower, but does seem to make much more sense than FICO 8/9. That I can carry a balance on all my cards at 99% for 23 months, pay it all off (leaving $10 to report on one card) without that reflecting negatively on my score seems like an over site. :-)

For a few months now. FICO 10 was definitely included as the basis on the score sheet for approval though.

@northway  Well i have more than enough cards now. Thanks for the heads up to stay far away from them. My 10's are like 6 months out of my BK.

It is worth mentioning you really have no idea the weight placed on a particular score, a lender sees that BK and evaluates it on your application regardless of the score. Just because it is the same 300-850 score range doesn't mean they consider it the same score value another lender would using a different model.

Your scores even on fico10 are solidly in the "good" range.
