Did I get a HP from doing this?

This was for Huntington card.  I filled it out  all the way to step 4 only to receieve this results. I hope I didnt get HP for it, that would be such a waste.

You did not submit the app and stopped at the final step before submitting ?

I had that same thing happen to me with no HP.
