Disco App

Hello all,

I recently used the preapproval tool on the Disco website and was denied.  Received a letter of course and the only reason listed was "Recently Opened Bank Revolving Trades" and they have my Experian score at 625.  
I opened a Credit One account roughly 4-5 weeks ago, is this the reason I was denied?  If so how long should I wait before trying again.  Was hoping to get in with Disco and close my milestone before the AF hits.

Sorry for your denial

Since it was the "preapproval tool" should have just been a "SP"

I would try the pre-qual tool again in 90 days.

Thanks for the info.   Sometimes I get an "APP" itch and the pre quals are the only watch to get rid of it without damaging my score 😅

I had the same reason come back in April after I applied for and received 2 other cards. I waited 2 weeks and then preapproved for only the secured card. I waited another 5 weeks and preapproved for 2 of their cards.
