Opened My Discover IT CB card Dec 2020 with an SL of $5000 with no CLI since. After Maxing out the CB promo in 2021 with no love used the card less and less however decided to up its use at the end of 2022 and again no love.

Those spend amounts aren't very high in relation to the current CL. With the exception of Sep-Oct, most of those spend amounts are at/around or under 10% of CL. Are those about average for you even in 2021? If so, that might be why. They literally want to be your daily driver, meaning using probably close to 50% of your CL or more per month.

Have to completely agree with everything here. Got my Disco IT in Jan 22, consistently spent 40% to 60% of CL on it every month, PIF every month. I asked for a CLI in December and they instantly doubled my CL.
