I had a lot of calls with them when I was going through the ssa-89? restriction. They seemed to all be on the same page. Just call them and tell them you never received the card and you need them to send another one. Once you try to activate the card you will know what is really going on.

Thanks for the feedback. I will have my SO give them a call this week. We already have our minds set that it is closed or a lost cause, so if it pans out, it will just be a nice bonus!
So I'm in the same situation as you guys. This is completely un-necessary for a secured card. I almost told the rep that this is BS but i controlled my temper. From what I have read here, I am not hopeful at all for a few reasons.
First, My 2017 taxes show much less than what I make now but I switched jobs and got a significant raise. I havent filled my 2018 although I made more than what I reported on the app.
Second, I split my Direct deposit into different accounts. Thats how I keep track of rent payment, savings, daily spending etc. They only wanted three statements from one bank account.
I just want my deposit money back.
How long have you had your card?

I recently opened the account. I have not received the card in the mail yet.
I'm sorry. I know that is frustrating. Maybe you can send them the bank statements for the account that gets the bigger deposit.

Yeh that's what I've done, but I've seen people be compliant to the letter and everything checking out and still have their accounts closed.
I have seen that too. I hope that doesn't happen to you. I will check in for your update.

This is what kills me. They told SO that they absolutely wouldn't accept bank statements. They only would take the 4506T which expired a few days after it was emailed apparently.
They claim to have closed the account on the "legal deadline to get the 4506T" of 8/5, but still have been SPing his CRs regularly with most recent being 8/26!
It has now finally updated on SO's CRs that the account is closed, but then just received a CC statement ending 8/26 that shows deposit info:
Statement opening balance $500
Statement closing balance $500
What is going on over there!?

Wish we knew. But it's negatively affecting people who have done nothing wrong.
