Discover rarely overturns a denial I hate to say. Only when my report was totall clean did they finally approve.

Ok. I guess I should try anything and everything to get that judgment removed. It is paid. Won't fall off until December 2018 though ugh.

I got it last month with a unpaid judgement. It's 6+ years old. Don't know if that was the factor.

Same here.  Not to say they overlook some baddies, but mine was WEALLY bad (eq 573 fico, thought the fako scores were real when I applied ).

1.5 or less year later, report cleaned, instant approval after uploading ID docs (first to ask, maybe computer trying to wrap head around the last app and improvement in profile ).  I like my discover, will need to figure best method for portal.  Still shopping on amazon, got deal on heinlein's starship troopers today (only do ebooks, saves so much room).

After I got approved I even received the letter saying "Yiu ha e been denied for the reason "Lien" but you're approved for this other offer.

It's like aping for a Cap One Quicksilver Visa Signeture and getting denied but the site offers you the Quicksilver Visa. All I'm saying is go for the NHL card that's where luck changed for me.
