Discover app no SL before acceptance?

So i applied for 2 discover apps. Once 3 months ago and one recently on my mobile phone. I turn them down, I remember I could get a stated "starting limit" say $4500 or $2000. Now it doesn't reveal my starting credit limit until I accept. Am I the only one with that or does anybody get it too? or am I just paranoid and have to go a few pages further? 

ps. I plan on getting 2nd discover card for the 15 month 0% transfer fee and repay my CC at a lower rate. Also plan to combine/CLI my two discover cards in a year or more later down the road.

I haven't had a Disco in a while, but back when I applied, I don't remember ever seeing my SL before accepting. I just applied and got approved and found out my limit after the fact.

I got my disco back in the fall of 2021. It didnt tell me the sl until i pulled the trigger and accepted the card from the prequal page.

Are perhaps talking about a letter in the mail/email offer that says up to an $X,000 SL?

Discover does not show sl for their cards. They have been known to give an apr that was accurate upon approval but not limit
