If it's been four days since they hard pulled you they will probably just reuse the same pull. I wouldn't be expecting much since they just gave you PLOC and a card but you might as well try.

Also, Penfed 98% of the time uses EQ not EX.

Since you failed to post the CLs on the Rewards card and the PLOC, it's impossible to recommend a recon. Total exposure is also a factor

Oh I wont try to recon, is not a big deal, I did just try to push a bit more. I got 16.5K on the visa and PLOC of 5k.
