Green charge or Delta Gold. If you think its borderline, maybe try the Green charge first, because the terms may not be great if its a borderline Delta approval. Both of these cards have AF though waived for first year Good luck!

$450 actually.
But yea most people that get the Plat get it for the travel perks and whatnot. Those who travel extensively benefit a lot from it.
Anyway on topic, the easiest card to get is supposedly the Delta Amex, but YMMV. Even if it is the easiest card to get, if you have no real use for it, there's no point in applying. Best thing is to just wait for reports to be up to par and scores as high as possible and just apply for the card you actually want/need.
This!!!
Apply for the card you want, and if you are declined work on why you were declined and try again. Why get stuck with a card or a SL you won't like or can make useful because you simply wanted an Amex. I've seen people apply for the Delta because it was the easiest card to get, but it also came with a paltry SL and that SL remained their CL for quite a while. However if you wait until your profile improves you move into another tier with better card options and SL's and CLI's. Don't always just take what you can get, wait for what you want.
For me, wanting another Green Card is a 100% emotional decision for me. Back when I ws growing up the AmEx Green was viewed s a sign of success. While today
that is no longer the case, for me it might still be
Don't apply for the Green card. If you're going to apply for an Amex charge card, apply for the Premier Rewards Gold. Far better benefits and there is a 50K MR points offer available which is worth about $1K if transferred to travel partners. The underwriting criteria for Amex charge cards is the same for all of them. If you can get approved for the Green card, you can be approved for the PRG or Platinum.
As creditguy mentioned above, apply for a card that you need not one just because it is the 'easiest'. There is absolutely no reason to apply for an Amex card just to have one. This board is littered with people that applied for Amex cards, had no idea what the card benefits are or how they would use them, and now are stuck with a useless credit card. All because they thought getting an Amex card was somehow prestigious or special. It's not.

That's me to a tee
DW just got an PRG with 628 and no inq's; there was pre-qual waiting for her for 50,000 MR points with $1000 spend in 3 months.
YMMV.
