Elan credit card app

Hello, I tried applying for the fidelity credit card so I filled out the app and pressed submit.  Then it said I would receive a letter in the mail in 7-10 days.  On the next screen it asked if I wanted to transfer a balance.  When I clicked no the app timed out so now I don't know if they got my application or not.  What should I do?  Also how soon will I see the credit card appear on my fidelity snapshot?  I keep checking it every few hours, thanks.

Thats a standard message. Elan and US bank are SSSSLLLLOOOOWWWWWWW on manual apps. lol

Try to have some patience. It could take 7 days in some cases before you know if you are approved. Sometimes I don't know until the card shows up.

The automated system is a crap shoot. You can call in and check for your application. 1-800-947-1444

Yes I did. I immediately got a b***** automated message from female saying "if you're calling to check the status about an existing application wait 2 weeks before calling" as if I was some dead beat that was doing something wrong so I hung up, thank you.

i just got my card.  How do I use the card at an ATM?  I didn't get a pin and it doesn't say anything about it anywhere, thanks.

You have to call in for it.

Chip + Signature. I don't think any of Elan's cards can be set up for Chip + Pin for international use.

If you're looking for a PIN to use at an ATM for cash advances,  you'll have to call... I just signed into my Elan card to see if it was possible to set up a PIN online and found nothing.

how long does it take for my points to post to my account?  I just had my first 2 transactions post last night but it still says I have zero reward points?

I think it does it monthly around statement time but don’t quote me
