Are you serious??? With her profile they should be thanking her just for considering them. I might have to temporarily shove FNBO with Simmons Bank in the corner.
INQ sensitive?
Whoa, I have 14 on Eq so I'm shocked my app is still pending since Saturday, 2 days ago. They must be so busy they haven't been able to update my status to denied!
They'd have been apoplectic if they checked Ex! >40 INQS

With FNBO every application is a manual review. They do not have an automated system. A person will actually look at your report for review. That is why they always have a pending status for a few days.

You might have done well to use this forums SEARCH feature for both APPROVALS & CREDIT CARDS before applying to FNBO.
They are notorious for denying on INQ's alone let alone new accounts etc. irregardless of healthy FICO scores.
I only had 8 INQ's last summer and they told me THAT was too many? They also pull ARS/IDS to weigh eligibility too.
Yeah they weirded out on me for not being able to pull ARS/IDA, Innovis all that. They had to manually ask me questions off my credit report. They REALLY didn't like that. The lady asked me why I froze all those.
Because it is a consumers LEGAL RIGHT to do so. Ugh.
On the up side if they do let you into an agreement, they are known to do SP CLI's on a regular basis.
But whatever floats their boat, i had my own funky results with them blah, blah, blah for just a few inquiries, ate the HP that they wasted and place them on my own lifetime BLACKLIST to avoid in the future. Way too picky 4 me

FWIW, in my case, I received a message back saying I was instant-approved immediately after applying, and then sent an official formal approval e-mail about 3-4 days after the initial auto-approval. (Approved with 7 EX inquries, 649 EX credit score.)

LOL, yeah I read that every app is reviewed. I just figured mine would be a "quickie" as soon as they saw the INQs. Makes any additional review unnecessary. You know..."who put this bum on my desk"? Shredit & forgetit!
