@britt585 wrote:@Remedios My apologies. I was actually trying to figure out how to take down the post from earlier.
I don't believe there's a way for us normal users to delete a post, but a quick PM to a mod/administrator (not a community leader like me) can take care of it.
+1
Or, you can go to the post in question, click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the post, select the "Report Inappropriate Content" option, and type in your request to delete the post. Either a PM or a report is fine, just that if you report there's a good chance of faster turnaround as all the mods can see it.
As an aside while the option is labeled "Report Inappropriate Content" it's really meant for any time a member wants to bring something to the attention of the moderators. Using it for something legit that isn't reporting inappropriate content doesn't get anyone in doodoocacapoopoo.
Nobody gets side eye or put on a doodookakapoopoo list for messaging a mod.
Hi so I applied last year after being prequailfed for 2 of their cards $15K. I faxed the requested docs at last minute so app expired. I reapplied 2/4 still pending. My question is do they have a number for the underwriters who actually review the apps?. The backdoor number I call ar the same people each time ..lol..and they dont have much information besides telling me the app is pending..ugh....yes i'm impatient.
The number that you call is the only number but if the underwriter has a question they can put you through. They did that for me prior to approval.
ok thanks.. they must be behind on apps...also my prequailfy amount went to $14K...
@britt585 - another thread on basically the same topic has been merged. Please review your PM and reference post #17 upthread.

This. Forever this on every do they do / how do they IV question, ever.
They can verify your income without you involved in the verification (after you've applied).
Afternoon. Update : So I Iearned that another letter was mailed on the 2/10 ....I guess my question is . will it be the same 3 documents they originally requested?...I was lucky the first time someone told me what was requested before getting the letter this time everyone is tight lipped..lol.. I sure hope this card is worth all this back and forth.

Hi @britt585 I am sure it is worth the wait. I read online that FNBO can take few days to few weeks to process the underwriting. Some users got approved instantaneously and some people went through several weeks for the approval. Especially with Covid and understaffed at companies things can take more time. I would have patience and wait for the letter from them. Good luck.

Probably.
Once you receive it you can confirm if it is the same request for docs.
