I called they only told me I would get a letter in the mail. I am pretty sure it was unlocked prior to the application because I was pre-qualed.
I got the pre-qualification for $15,000 with 22.24% APR. I'm going to pass.
They said I had too many inquiries 16 at the time.
I got pre approved for $12k. I want to app but I'm thinking of holding out 2 more months for us bank cash+ card instead
@Anonymous
Congrats on the pre-approval, but as you know they are not solid pre-approvals but I am very happy with the card...it's pretty 🤩 and new. Still haven't received my 1st billing statement as yet but no problems to report this far. I think you will enjoy it. But the US Bank Visa card is also a great card for your wallet. Good luck! 🍀 😊
With 5 of 7 baddies dropping off today and a big bump in score, I ran some pre-approvals to satiate me apping desire lol
I actually got a pre-approval, which I know is worth squat, as Disco is still offering me a secured CC, and AmEx came back with no offer (I think I made a mistake in the app process, tho) lol
Score basically the same as my SO and I have 3 x the $ of SLs, but no COs, whereas SO has 1 x unpaid CO. Used same income for both of us and his pre-approval was for $14k at highest APR, so it is nice to finally beat out my SO in at least a pre-approval, which, as I know and already said, means nothing.
It is a reminder that CAs are worse than COs, even unpaid ones, as I have no lates and no COs, just 2 x CAs (almost 7 years old), and my SO gets more approvals and pre-approvals than myself with an unpaid CO that has a good string of severe lates and lower scores than me. Approvals are definitely based on more than the score!

- Copy of Drivers License Verifying Your Mailing Address
- Signed Copy of Your Original Social Security Card
- Your W-2s from the Last 2 Years
It said that I needed to reply within 20 days of the date of the letter and that they would give my application prompt attention. When I pulled the mail out of the mailbox today, I thought that it was a denial letter. From the looks of it, maybe I do have a shot of getting approved. I have already made copies of all 3 requested documents and I am going to put it in the mail tomorrow. Fingers crossed and hoping I will end up approved.
I got the same letter, fingers crossed for both of us.
I sent the letter back with all the requested docs the day after I got the letter I think and they should have it now or be getting it today. I've never been asked for any docs before so it will be interesting to see the outcome. I'll let y'all know what I find out and if it was the same numbers as was given to me in the prequalification.
*Definitely have fingers crossed that we both get this card. I will probably PIF but it will give me the emergency cushion I need so badly for my business right now. If I am right, I should be out of this gray area that the pandemic brought on by fall so it should be short term.
I got the approval email today for the full 15k at 18.24% so once they get your information you should be good to go.
Kind of surprised to be honest since everyone says they are new account sensitive and I am 4/6 all reporting.
Congrats on your approval @mau471!
I finally received an email last Wednesday letting me know that I was approved, but containing no other details. On Thursday I decided to call as it was on my mind and they said that I was approved but that there was no account information in the system because the underwriters hadn't uploaded the new account yet. Makes sense. They said to give it a little bit and then call back.
I called on Friday night and at last I got a little bit of information. I got approved for $14,000 and 21% interest just as my pre-qual had stated! I had 4 inquiries on my report when they initiated this HP. One of them was for FNBO itself back on December 28th when I opened up a Farm and Fleet card. I mentioned the interest rate to the operator and she said that after using the account sensibly for a while, I could call back in and they usually are open to any requests for lowering the interest rate.
Mainly I'm pretty stoked to be getting this card as I think it will help out my credit limit percentages on the credit bureaus and help me to attract bigger credit lines in the future. Experian has me at 12% and the others have me at 6% each.

Awesome, congrats! This was my highest initial CL so I was really excited as well. Curious how/if it will grow in the future.
When you mention your number of inquiries are you guys talking about within the last 12 months that are scoreable or are you guys talking about 24 months overall,
I ask because I only have three inquiries from the last 12 months and two of them are from April and May and one was from another Chase denial recently but I have 24 overall because of a really bad auto dealership from last June that engage in a yo-yo financing Scam with me
I was just approved for the amount I prequaled for. 3/6. 7/12. 6% util reporting. F8 scores around 730.
