Just got an invitation from Ford for their new VISA. Does anyone have any data points on who FNBO will pull from for this card and what they're looking for? I'm interested in this card for the 3% categories mostly...
IIRC FNBO is an EX puller
I have a good score albeit a few more inquiries on my EX because so many people pull from it given my location. My TU is good shape at 742 and only a few inquiries over the 18 months... I wonder.....
What are the 3% catagories?
Maybe we can recommend a TU puller for you
the 3% categories are Gas, vehicle insurance, parking, tolls, and dining...PLUS a $200 statement credit EVERY for a $6k annual spend...not bad at all..

Kind of "State dependant on who they pull, I have had them pull from both EQ and EX (separate apps. spaced 6 months apart)
You can look see here on which they might pull for your state ..

Keep in mind, FNBO is "Credit seeking sensitive" .. especially last 6 months.
are there any threads in the forums that talk about which institutions are inquiry sensitive...as an example, Some say BoA is.. Others say they aren't... I suspect it depends on how one quantifies "sensitive"...

$200 every year when you spend $6k over 12 months... that's basically 3.33% cashback. I'm assuming it's as good as cash, since it says "statement credit", and that is is not $200 back in points, which aren't redeemable for cash. Very interesting.
