Hi all, first post here.
I was denied a Capital One Quicksilver card on grounds of delinquent accounts per Experian.
I don't have any delinquent accounts, and told a Cap1 rep this via the phone; she told me to contact Experian.
I contacted Experian and they reiterated no delinquent accounts.
Called back Cap1, somehow rep thought I was trying to contest a Capital One account standing reported to Experian.
She told me to call back, which I did, and in that last call I was disconnected from the line.
In summary: how to I innitiate a manual review of application for card recon? Is the EO the best bet? How should I contact them??
Thanks in advance!
