Maybe I missed it, but it seemed the first post was gardening "24 months" then it became "6 months" then "the Marriott 80k which is expiring very soon". Not a good direction for maintaining the original objective
Concur. If anything, I changed my original app date from January to May 2016, postponing Sallie Mae until November 2016. Point bonuses come back again.
So, I opened my first credit cards last April, bought a house in August and got a few more cards. I wanted to wait until August to apply for an Amex(for some reason it was my "I've done well dream card") today I couldn't stand the wait any longer and applied both on the Amex site and USAA's American Express card and got both. I am putting myself in the garden but don't totally trust me, the thrill of the new cards are just to exciting, so here I am seeking strength and possibly some accountability from all of you 
do I need to register somewhere or just join in?
There is a thread every month you can search for it. It will be called January 2016 garden or something similar.

Haha, had to change that up a bit, since sallie Mae went away. Approved 9/24, I believe.
