I'm still waiting on mine too. The TU csr messed up my address...smh. And I even had the guy repeat the whole address to me over the phone, and he still keyed it in incorrectly...smh smh...Now I have to register for a TU account and see if I can change it myself.Did you ask for an american CSR? The offshore ones don't always understand English much less how an address should look.
No I didn't but I will next time. I took more action on it today. I signed up on TU and pulled my credit file, and I noticed one letter was missing from my address. So I called TU again, explained the whole situation, and the csr assured my that the address was correct on their screen. I had her forward me to another dept and that csr said the same thing. They are sending me a copy of my credit report and told me to verify the address and if it is wrong to give them a call. So I asked her how could my address be off by one letter on my screen but is correct on yours? She forwarded me to the 'interactive department' I explained the discrepancy in my address and she told me the same thing the other 2 csrs said...smh. So I just hope it is correct once my report comes in the mail. Also myfico sent me a 'change of address alert', and it is one letter off on there too.
If I'm not able to resolve this quickly, I may be in the same boat as the OP. I figure TU should get my correct address change sometime by 2020!!

Offshore? Where are you getting your information? Last I checked the U.S. and Canada were on the same continent. Get your facts checked.
Across Lake Superior
Ahhhh, that explains it! It sure is a long, vast body of water!
