What has been going on with the Home Depot cards lately? I'm looking to drop a few g's for some appliances, paint, flooring and other stuff for our house and would like to take the 0% period.
Does it matter where I apply? Online or at the checkout? Do they give huge limits, or are they strict like other Citi accounts?

I would apply online because the initial limits are not usually huge but they are great about instant counter.
My partner was approved for $1433 or something weird online... called in and asked for $35k and they countered $25k.

Is there a lowes nearby? Easy credit with generous CL and 5% off using the card . Plus they will price match.

Thanks CA. I'll apply online if I go for it. Is it another HP to request a CLI?
Julie Lowe's is not in the picture as the closest one is about 15 minutes as opposed to the 5 minute HD trip. I like HD better anyway so.
The more I think about it, i'll probably just use one of my rewards cards, or even apply for some different card with a 0% period. The Home Depot card does not seem to offer a whole lot the more I look at it, other than the recurring 0% offers.
HD will sometimes pull a 2nd pull during a recon of CLI but not always... my partner did not get an additional hp... they used the original.
