Starting with Penfed in August of 2017 ($10K SL Power Rewards) and last month got an email for another $5K to open another card or add it to my existing limit. Opted to add the 5K to the same card and am sitting at $15K.
My scores have went up pretty significantly since I started with them (677 to 758) and was wondering how long before I can ask for another increase.
The first increase was simply an auto so no credit pull, but was thinking maybe do a HP with the score and ask for a big CL now.
Data points are $140K income and 758 score with Penfed.
Thanks in advance.
I'm wondering that myself. I opened my own Power Cash Rewards ($3K SL) at the beginning of last July, applied for a CLI in September and was declined, tried again in early November and got a $4K CLI, then tried again early last month and was turned down again. At this point I might just wait until the next bimonthly FICO 9 pull comes out for me next month, or possibly even to see if any offers show up in the quarterly posts in late June/early July (I got my card from such an offer last year).
They might be able to do another with SP...I when i first opened mine and got approved, i asked for more and was granted with same SP. I had to submit pay stubs first for the previous three months of employment.
Good luck!

Have you thought about app'ing for a 2nd card? I'm only 2 months into a relationship with Penfed so my knowledge is limited but just thinking if you're going to take a HP, maybe go another card...?
