Apple is usually every 91 days in between CLI approvals.

What was the denial reason on 2/1? If the circumstances haven't changed you might not be eligible

What reason did they provide with the denial @PointsBonus?  

As @Jnbmom mentioned upthread, if the reason is still prevalent (e.g. inquiries, new accounts, etc.) then it would behoove you to wait longer until it's not a major factor for consideration.  It's a SP regardless, so if you try again, no harm no foul.
