How long does Fifth/Third take?

Applied for Trio on line last week. 

No instant reply other than a "thanks for applying."

Called yesterday and CSR stated app is in cyberspace and theres no way to check on it until it goes thru its paces. 

 

Is this possible?

I had the same thing with them, and they pulled two reports!
