How long should I wait before applying with walmart again?

I applied and got denied for high utilization of credit, I have since paid off 70% of my balances and they show on my TU report, I apped on the 2nd of this month, when should I apply again?

At least 30 days later. Maybe even 60 days to give time for your reports to update.

70% is good but frankly more is better. If U can get overall closer to 90% and still hav it post within 60day timeframe then great otherwise wait until your reports update lower util b4 u reapp. Always bear in mind that its not just about getting approved. Ideally U want to be approved with the best SL possible. Good luck.
