How long to get prequal letters?

With alot of hard work, I have recently moved from the 500 neighborhood of the fico world and now reside in the 660-680 neigborhood.  I was wondering how long it takes to start getting prequal mailers from legitimate CC companies? All I revice is the lovely offers from First National Bank and Credit One's of the world..

It's anyone's guess.  I'm almost 3 years post BK13 and I've never received a prequal mailer except from the folks you mentioned, FP and CO.  All of my scores are 720+.  With enough reading on this forum, you can make an educated guess at what you will or won't be approved for...the key is knowing your credit profile.  I get prequals when hitting certain websites but nothing in the mail.

Virgin America membership is one. you snag a SCT style pop-up or not sometimes you will get literature. That goes for pretty much all the Comenity issued cards.

However comenity Pro low score very anti Bk, so you just have to cruise threads where everyone is celebrating bk approvals and roll your dice

Been in the 660-680 range for EX & TU since June, and have gotten 2 Synchrony offers (Citgo & BP) in August. EQ will hit 660 next month.

So I'd say maybe 6-8 weeks as far as snail mail offers. I'd think the electronic type would be quicker.

Got 3 snail mail offers today,all 3 from Synchrony and all 3 for the marvel mc,all 3 preapproved with 3 different codes ha,love the captain america shield card but alas all 3 went to the shredder.

For my daughter's gymnastics competitions we stayed at Hyatt for most of her meets. I signed up for their points card and a few stays later I was getting chase hyatt apps in the mail.

I have received nothing in last 6 months. I was getting few CreditOne offers even though the score was in 600s and the last I got was from FBNO for Visa card. I got that one in Feb, now that the scores are in 700s I still get nothing. I never opted out so not sure if any bank likes me or not

Lets see, I have received Credit One and Verve sub-prime card offers in the mail. (I won't bite)

Oh I also get Fingerhut, Womans World invites also in the mail. (Nope, not biting) 

I got a pop approval from WayFair & HSN recently (I won't bite) 

Gawsh, Prime cards - I only ever got Citi AAdvantage in the mail back in May (which I app'd and was approved)

I get Capital One Auto approvals and their GM credit card. 

Honestly, I thought that I would be getting some better offerings by now. 

I am opted in.  I even try the prequals and get nothing.  

I really kind of wish that Amex would send me something or at least prequal me.  

I worked so hard I don't want to waste a hardpull when I am on the presipice of the 700 club! 

I am just working on soft pull credit increases at this point.  

Maybe I'll try to use one of my PenFed's HP for another card. 

Future I may want to PC a card or 2. 

I seem to be in a holding pattern at this point.  

I know they say wait the mailers will start coming ... but for the most part they have been ehhhh !

If I have to non-paper pop-up only Barclays has popped up when I was trying to buy a jetBlue ticket. Other than that, I don't get anything in mail. It's like all banks have excluded me by choice or something.

Now that my scores are in 730+ range you would something would pop-up but nothing, nada, zilch....

I have checked my reports for any promotional inquiries and nothing shows up.
