How often do you hit the "LUV" button?

I only hit the luv button for cards I know are SP only.  I choose 2 a month, then the next month choose another 2 and rotate. This way I'm not looking desperate for CLI every month and it eases the temptation for new cards/inquiries.

I only hit the "Luv" button for the card I really would like a CLI on and that's D it. I'm fine with both my Cap1 CLs and while I would like higher CL with Barclay and FNBO I'm not going to ask since I don't use the cards all that much anyway. For D, I probably hit the button after every payment posts, since the multiple payments before even my first statement cut is the reason I desire a CLI. I'll do one more time after another large payment tomorrow to cover my student loan payment and if I get another "no," I'm giving up. I really hate getting the denial letters in the mail. Talk about a waste!

I generally don't.  I usually talk to a person (either through chat or by phone) if I'm looking for any CLIs.  Will probably do so after the first of the year. The LUV button has never worked for me for any synchrony accounts in the past.
