Just to give an update. I don't like to let things go without a fight. I called back today about the card and played stupid. I got a nice lady that looked into it and told me again that it was cancelled but then said thats strange they cancelled it right after approval. She asked if I got a letter and I told her no. She then said let me look into it. I was on hold for about 8 minutes and she came back and asked about the new loan and another recent account that was 4 months old and put me back on hold. Came back about 5 minutes later and said they reversed it and I should have the card in 7-10 days. I was shocked!!

That is awesome! Congrats 🤑

FNBO is great, they run it like an old school bank!

Right now with new accounts I am 3/12 and 2/30, with inquiries being 8/24 and 2/12. I would like to add the FNBO evergreen to my wallet, but have heard they are sensitive to new accounts/inquiries. Any data points out there that point to the 2/30 being an issue?

I have 2 inquiries falling off in May which will bring my inquiries down to 6/24 and 2/12, I have no issues waiting on this application as I am supposed to be in the garden.

I would say, not very sensitive at all. Got this card after I got my Chase Amazon Prime, So, at the time of instant approval for 15K CL, I had two other credit cards (Chase and BECU). Now I have three more credit cards in my name, two authorized user (wife's cards) credit cards on top of that, and a new $100K HELOC. They gave me an auto CLI to 16.5K after six months. They also immediately shut down a fraudulent charge of over 2.3K, which was very impressive.

I applied for a FNBO Ford Pass card becuase I purchased a new Ford truck 2 months ago. I applied 3 weeks ago and was instantly approved. I called today because I relized I have not recieved the card and they told me that they did not send the card because they cancelled the account before the card was sent. After talking to different people I found out it was because my new truck loan reported and they caught it and cancelled the account. So I would let the new ones report first just to be safe.

Wow, sorry to hear this, that's harsh Smiley Sad

I recently got a Ford Bronco Sport, the loan reported, and then I got a "pre-screened" mailer in the mail for the FNBO FordPass CC. I was a little wary I might get denied seeing how the loan was taken out just 2+ months ago, but I applied and was approved.
