I've seen a few individuals on here join this credit union and I'm curious how you're meeting the requirements? Is everyone from the area or had a sponsor?

they've become pretty chex-sensitive from when I joined, make sure you don't have too many/too many recent chex inquires, but you should be good otherwise, there's even a direct deposit checking bonus

Thank you so much for explaining.
I joined by applying and subsequently getting approved for one of their credit cards
i signed up for the cross state organization thinking they would need me to provide my user name or a member number from them as I am out of their service area but they never asked
Once I was approved for the credit card they automatically opened my share savings account and funded it with five dollars for me, thus making me a member.
My Chex was frozen at the time

What’s so good about their cards?
Honestly, not much.
just utilization padding. And low interest, that I'll never need because I don't carry balances.
