What does one say to the Fraud department when they pick up the phone?  Something along the lines.... "hello, my application has been pending for over a week.  I know that I've had to verify before, so I am wondering if that's the hold up with this application?"

basically..They will ask your ssn or whatever to verify the application and then pull it up and ask you personal questions such as when you were born and then your age and streets you have lived on before and those type of questions.
