I checked their site, and it seems to be missing, or maybie they hid it on me? I also searched ehre & on google for links and none of the links show the pre-qual page. Did they move it or remove it or something? Could have sworn it was there a few days ago or a week ago or something

Do you already have an Amex? If so, that's why you can't see it.

It is still there. What i noticed is, if you visit their website too many times, and very often, then they will tweak it around a little. Such as, i had one card with them and i applied and got 3 more on april 1st. Now if i don't use incognito browser, when i click on see all cards, none of the cards show me any sign up bonus whatsoever. Use incognito in chrome and see what happens!

That is the direct link. Open an "Incognito" or "Private" session on your browser and paste that exact link into it. What I see is to check for a prequal. If you have ever logged into Amex website on that computer (and havn't cleared your cookies or temp files) then you won't get the prequal page.
Yeah I have an AMEX, that's why I guess hehe. Thanks guys/gals!
