So I got a $5k offer from Upgrade. Its my lowest offer I have gotten.
I didn't accept it and now after 1 month later I tried reapplying and I just got the same $5k offer which I'm not accepting. Anyone know how to get them to increase it?
Also curious on if AMEX or Chase now shows credit limit and APR when applying before doing tthe hardpull? Similar to Apple card, X1, BlockFi, Upgrade, etc
Upgrade: Not sure..
Chase/AMEX: No...you're just told if you'll be approved and it says something to the effect of..."Click Accept to view your Credit Limit and APR"

and if you click accept they will hardpull you?
As I seen AMEX "Apply with confidence" feature
Also Chase has a feature that shows pre-approval limits before hard pull
I just dont know how to trigger it to get it active

Yes, once you click accept, the HP is done.
I haven't seen that with Chase as you've stated and their preapproval had only recently come back from being offline since early COVID

Yes Amex will HP if you accept.
As for Chase, if you're talking about those pre-approved green/black star offers located within your account when logged in, you can't trigger those. You just have to wait and see if they offer one to you.
@Times I had a similar outcome. Initial attempt came back with a $10k offer at the highest APR. They requested a bunch of docs W2, tax returns, and paystubs which I actually submitted but while it was pending I withdrew the application. Waited 30 days, tried the prequal and it came back at $11.5k with a slightly lower APR. There weren't any changes at all to my credit profile since the original app. Before finally accepting the $11.5k offer, I tried to rerun the prequal using a different email which came back at $5k. I let that expire. If you apply, remember to freeze ur CR before accepting it to avoid a HP.
