No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
I am a college student with a $16,000 income. Will this prevent me from getting most credit cards? I have a Discover IT $1800 CL and Amazon Store Card $1700 CL. I don’t want to get another hard pull just to be rejected for insufficient income. Any recommended cards?

You will have some limitations, but many will be within your reach.
It will help if you'll provide what your goals are, what you usually spend on, and if you're interested in cash back, points, etc.

I am really wanting to just work on building a strong credit profile (I know time is the biggest factor but I also want to get as many cards and I can and let them age and let inquiries fall off while in college so when I graduate I have a better chance at mortgage etc).
Right now my monthly spend is around $200 - $500 so I think cash back is better for me than rewards right now. Most of my purchases are food and gas.
Gotcha... now we have something to work with.
Finally, do you know your credit scores? The more you provide the better the answers you'll get.

Cash back? Maybe the BOA Cash rewards, Citi DC, Cap1 Quicksilver, Fidelity Visa.
Sorry UncleB, didn’t mean to steal your response :-)
No worries... all great suggestions!
