If it started out as a secured card, does that have an impact on CLI? I had a secured that changed to unsecured but has been stuck at the original limit. I keep trying to PC to DC or something else but all the other cards have a minimum limit at $300 to $500. My Diamond Preferred is stuck at $200. I use it and PIF every month with no luck.
