I don't recall if I ever got this reply before. It was usually YES approved, or No, not at this time.
I realized its been over 6-months since the last request and DD has been putting
heavy spend on the card. SL was @ $6500 and I was asking $10K (expecting to get $500 )
and I got this:
If I had to guess, I would think its no, but if no, why not just say it like the past?
Was a deny for me. Mine was insufficient usage of the card tho.
i would say that is a Denial
login tmrw and check the Documents and Notices section - it will likely be there
Denied. That's what all 4 of mine looked like. And you can find it in your statements section the next day.
Every time I've seen that message, it's been a denial.
I think Cap1 usually will let you know right away if you're gonna be approved.
With Cap1, if it's not an instant cli approval, it's a denial.
Sorry

To everyone here, you are correct, it was a denial:
"Recent use of this account's existing credit line has been too low"
Capital One, ugh, I never understand them. Anyways, NBL
I'm under the impression that C1 does more CLI denials than they do increases. I'm sure it's a denial. Sorry. But I've had them over 20 years and maybe have had 6 total increases and 1 major CLD on my Savor. But that's the way they roll.
After seeing that screen probably over a million times I can see with utmost uncertainty that that screen in a denial. I only have my bucketed cards to thank for that. I love the reasons they give though for me one time I got insufficient experience at my current CL been at it for 2+ years. I have also gotten that "Recent use of this account's existing credit line has been too low" used the card and pif and got too much usage. I don't get it either. I closed my QS1 yesterday and my QS today. Hopefully if I do get another card from them it will grow.
I got denied for the same reason with them. Too little use of the cards. And I had it up to over 75% limit use at times when I put a large car insurance payment or something like that on them all at once.
