So, before my mortgage loan hits my credit I am trying to round up any more credit cards I'd like to have before my credit takes the big hit from my loan. I found the AMEX Everyday Cash card and I am highly interested in it but I am not sure if I should bother. I used their form on their website to see if I had any prequal offers, and I do not, but they suggested 3 cards to me 'based o my interests'.
My Experian FICO is approx 710, TU 690 EQ 680. Should I bother with this card or go ahead and try to get the others that I want then try the AMEX last? I'll be dropping all my apps today, I am not sure how long it'll take for the mortgage to show up but I am certain it'll hinder my abilities to get any good cards. Thanks.
Barring nothing crazy on your report, and I'm assuming not since you just secured your mortgage, I don't see any reason why they wouldn't approve you. It's not that hard to get an Amex.

FWIW I applied and was approved for a Blue Cash card with AMEX three weeks ago with FICO's in the 630 Range. Only a 1,000 SL but the rep said after 90 days I could apply for a CLI.

I closed on Tuesday on my house. I am in same boat as you. I wanted to apply for any cards I had been wanting before the mortgage hits and my scores dip a bit. I had been wanting the BCP from Amex for awhile since most of my monthly spend is gas and groceries. I went to the site did the pre qualify and it did the same thing. Said it couldn't find anything but suggested 3 cards. I went ahead and cold app'd for the BCP and I was instantly approved for $6000 my scores are very similar to yours so I think you probably have a good chance. They pulled Experian for my application.
Sorry to hear that. Gives you something to work towards though

Denied. Bankruptcy in 2012. Clean since then. Good management history and everything since 2012. I really want an actual review done before I give up but idk what to do,now.
I wouldn't necessarily accept that statement as gospel. You get different answers from different people at these companies.
If you really want an Amex card, you can check periodically to see if you are prequalified.
Also bear in mind it's easier to get their charge cards than their credit cards, although to some people, like myself, they're less useful.
