Macy's Amex DENIED (I think?)

Thanks for reminding me to, so I called and I spoke to 2 people, both people said you as of now you can't have both a macy's store & amex (if you already had both before system upgrade then yeah but now no), so what I actually did was APPLY for an UPGRADE, so hopyfully I actually get approved for the upgrade (considering the limit is already so high). Idk if theres any truth to what ive been told but makes sense. Will update to see how it turns out but i'm not optimistic.

And to answer your question, the people i spoke with said they don't see a record for an app in their system for the amex, but since what I did was apply for an upgrade and not a new account they wouldn't be able to see the app.

Keep us posted. Do you have a Bloomingdale's near you? You could try to app for their Am Ex in store.

The nearest one from me is 1 1/2 hours from me, and im not willing to chance another pull, I already have all the cards ill need until all my INQ fall off and all my cards age.
