Ugh, 9 days is unreal! Live chat with them, it took 5 days for them to tell me they needed a copy of my ss card and utility bill. I ended up telling them to cancel it. Good luck! Maybe just app for the card instead (if that was why you signed up).
@micvite NASA has known to be slow with some people, but I've never experienced it. They are not the largest CU, so that might be why.
Congrats on your card. I've been a member since 2014 and love them.
They offer convenience checks several times a year on the cards. The ones I just got in the mail are 12 months with 4.9% APR and 3% fee. Not the best rates, but definitely come in handy if/when you need them.
Welcome to the NASA family!

Good to know. Let's just see what happens I guess. I'm not worried about the checks or the apr on things anymore. I'm at a point in time where if the apr is bad i can just pay it off thankfully. The only thing I can think of for those checks would be to use as down payments since I'm terrible with actually saving up money haha... I spend almost every penny I get.
Congrats I believe they use EXP but it's not FICO 8, not sure which version though .
Congrats on the approval!

I think it's FICO 2
Congrats and good data point!
I have had NASA savings account for a year and haven't been offered any invites.
Compared to PenFed where I am constantly bombarded...
Congratulations on your NASA FCU approval!
Grats on your NASA approval

Well don't add to the data point just yet... I literally wrote on my app I had my job for 6 months and they want 2years tax returns to prove income so I told them to just cancel the app... wish I knew that before I took a hard pull for nothing... asked if they would take bank statements showing deposits in excess of 30k a month and they were like nope! So just FYI unless you're income has been whatever you claim it is on the app for the last 2 years apply at your own risk.
