NFCU CC HP and SP?

I just opened a new NFCU membership and I want to apply for a CC. I've read they HP Transunion. Does anyone know if they SP EQ in addition to the HP? My EQ report won't update anymore due to too many SP's. EQ is removing the excess SP's but it could take another week and I'm impatient. I'm afraid if they attempt an EQ SP and it doesn't work they will do HP instead and I will get a needless HP. Thanks.

I believe they did sp my EQ back in Feb upon my approval for membership and cc but you should only get the hp on your TU if they pull TU for your cc aplication. Ymmv though. Maybe theyll sp your Ex if they cant access your Eq.

for CC, will most likely pull TU, only SPs I've had from them have been AR. For any new credit they will HP you

Thanks for the helpful information. I think I'm going wait until Friday when EQ will supposedly have my excess SP's removed. I paid all of my accounts down to zero for a week because I got a new card and it took longer to report than I expected. My TU and EX scores returned to better than they were before when it finally reported but I can't verify that the EQ one has too until I can get some sort of update. This is very frustrating. I had no idea this could happen.

Yeah ive heard of that happening with Eq. They are my least favorite cb and i always have issues with them. One thing i learned on my rebuild though is you dont have to check your report every day as most times our reports dont change so often. This can help lesson the possible problem youve encountered with EQ.

But I like to check it every day!
One of the reasons I do like to check it is to see when my balance has reported so that I can pay it down to zero and avoid interest. I'm going to have to be more stratigic about it though. I wonder how many SP's it takes to fill up your report.

When a bank does a SP do they see FICO or FAKO scores? Do they see any score at all?

Just a heads up, it's not always a TU or single pull for a cc. We were double pulled TU and EQ and my mom had an EQ pull.
