Once you open your FIRST NFCU CC -- how soon after may you request a CLI? And then how often thereafter? AND are they still doing just the $4,000 increases?
91 days and 3 full statements after opening, and 181 and 6 statements in my experience. Both my and DW's last CLIs were both $4K.
I recently applied for a CLI after 6 months, but didn't wait 6 full statements and got denied for too soon of a credit line change. I'm going to try again in a few days to test the 181/6 theory.

Seriously! Their "measly" 4K CLIs is still more than my total CLs for most of my accounts! I got an 800 CLI from Comenity on my Sony visa and was stoked!

Yes, I waited until after the 6th full statement cut and tried again, and they gave me $4K, bumping my CL to $31,100.
