NFCU CLI Request

I requested a CLI on my NFCU CashRewards card on Friday, before the holiday weekend. I assumed I wouldn't hear over the weekend and was hoping to hear something today, but haven't received any response. My last CLI request was in July 2024.

My EQ9 is 703. 

Has anyone waited this long for a response?

you can send a secure message and ask for the application status of the CLI/pdf of the denial letter if there is one

also check the card to see if the CLI went through and the limit is increased

^^^ this - if approved you'll see the updated CL online/in the app well before a notice is sent out.

I have been checking my current CL and it hasn't changed. I did send them a message and waiting for their response.
