NFCU CLI limit Question

I've seen many people say to request a NFCU CLI of $25k no matter what the current limit, is this true? What if you have multiple cards, say 3, and you want a CLI on all three cards? Do/can you request the $25k for all three cards? Won't that hurt your chances of approval (like they'll think you're being greedy)? Thanks!

Just to be clear, are we talking about 3 NFCU cards, or 3 cards across different institutions?

Sorry, it would be CLI for three NFCU cards.

Pick the CC that would merit the best of your needs for the CLI whether it's a large purchase or BT, assuming that you have had it for sometime. I would not recommend trying for 3 CLIs at the same time for each of them (unless being greedy or desperate is your thing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) . If you would like to "test" what happens, go for it. GPs always welcome!

IMHO, if you apply for a CLI to all 3 NFCU cards at the same time, you will only get approved for one and that’s only if you haven’t maxed out your internal limit and your income can bear it. So asking for $25K on all cards IMHO is just a waste of HPs. Select the card you really want the highest CL on and start there.
